What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a way of order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If you're ordering a pre-order item make sure to check the product description details for expected shipping dates.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take about 7-10 days to ship but please see the item description to get the most accurate time frame as may vary per product. All Official Joe Exotic Store orders are printed-on-demand and custom made individually when you order. We carry some stock in our top sellers for quick ships.

Orders can take up to 2-4 Business days to arrive once shipped. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time.

Do you ship worldwide?

YES we do ship internationally!

We continually work to offer the lowest shipping rates possible, especially on our most popular products, for all Joe Exotic customers worldwide. International rates average $20, but vary depending on the item(s) ordered and final shipping destination. To check shipping rates to a specific address, do the following:

1. Find your favorite Joe Exotic product in the store and click the "ADD TO CART" button. 

2. Enter your COUNTRY, STATE and ZIP/POSTAL CODE during the checkout process. All available shipping delivery options and corresponding rates will be displayed.

How Are International Duties And Taxes Handled?

If your order is shipping outside of the US, you are likely to be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) before delivery can be completed. The shipping charges applied to your order do not include customs fees. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned.

Unfortunately we are unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, please be aware that some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order.

Please note: Due to International shipping laws, we cannot declare merchandise as a 'Gift' on customs forms.

Do you provide tracking?

Absolutely! Every order placed will receive a tracking number on the date that it ships.

How do you ship?

All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS. 

Shipping within the US starts at $4.95 and varies depending on the item(s) ordered, the carrier selected, and the final shipping destination.

2. Enter your COUNTRY, STATE and ZIP/POSTAL CODE during the checkout process. All available shipping delivery options and corresponding rates will be displayed.

What is your returns/refund policy?

We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of any merchandise purchased 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new/unworn condition. Refund amounts will be the amount paid minus shipping fees and will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.

To return or exchange an item, please send the product(s) you would like to return to the address listed below and make sure to include a note with your original order number and a message letting our returns team know if you would like a refund or exchange.

Do you collect taxes?

Taxes are collected for customers shipping items to the states of Indiana and North Carolina. Taxes are not collected for orders shipping to other states within the USA.

How come I can't purchase underwear, cds, photos and stickers?
